Sugar Cookie Christmas Fudge

Ingredients

  • White chocolate chips
  • Sugar cookie mix
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Butter
  • Christmas sprinkles (or rainbow sprinkles if you prefer)

Supplies

  • 9 x 9 baking dish
  • Parchment paper
  • Non-stick spray
  • Large pot
  • Spoon/spatula for stirring

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Baking Dish: Line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper and apply a thin layer of non-stick spray to prevent the fudge from sticking. Set this aside for later use.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large pot, begin by heating the sweetened condensed milk over medium heat. Once hot, add the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, and butter into the pot.
  3. Mix Until Smooth: Continue to heat and stir the ingredients frequently until the mixture has completely melted and is smooth.
  4. Add Sprinkles: Once the mixture is smooth, stir in your chosen sprinkles to add a pop of color and festive fun to the fudge.
  5. Pour the Mixture: Transfer the fudge mixture into your prepared baking dish. Smooth out the top and sprinkle a generous amount of additional sprinkles over the surface for decoration.
  6. Refrigerate: Place the baking dish in the refrigerator and let the fudge set overnight, or at least for 2 hours, until firm.
  7. Slice and Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper, slice into your desired sizes, and serve.

Storage

  • Room Temperature: Store the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
  • Refrigerated: For longer storage, place in an airtight container or baggie and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
