Ingredients:

  • Strawberries: Fresh strawberries are recommended but frozen can also be used.
  • Mango: Fresh ripe mangos are ideal for better taste, though frozen can also be used.
  • Orange juice: Store-bought or freshly squeezed is fine.
  • Lime: A squeeze of fresh lime juice for the strawberry mixture.
  • Maple syrup: A small amount to sweeten the strawberry mixture.

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Strawberry Mixture:
    • Blend the strawberries, a squeeze of lime, and a little maple syrup in a blender until smooth.
    • Evenly divide the strawberry mixture into your popsicle molds.
  2. Prepare the Mango Mixture:
    • Rinse the blender, then blend the mango with orange juice until smooth.
    • Pour the mango mixture over the strawberry mixture in the popsicle molds.
  3. Freeze:
    • Add popsicle sticks to the molds.
    • Freeze the popsicles overnight to ensure they are solid.
  4. To Serve:
    • To remove the popsicles from the molds, run them under warm water for about 30 seconds.
    • Gently pull on the popsicle sticks to release them.
