- Cashews – (Soak them in warm water for 15-20 minutes)
- Turmeric powder
- Kashmiri chili powder
- Kasuri methi
- Honey
- Garam Masala
- Cream
Instructions
Marinate the Chicken:
- Combine all the ingredients listed for the marinade in a bowl. Gently score the chicken before marinating to help it catch more of the marinade.
- Keep the marinated meat in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Grill the Chicken:
- Skewer the marinated chicken pieces and grill them. You can use a stove-top grill pan or the oven broiler. Allow the meat to char slightly, flipping over midway through, to ensure it cooks evenly.
- Once done, set the grilled chicken aside.
Prepare the Sauce:
- In a heavy-bottom pot on the stove, melt some butter.
