Ingredients
- 8 ounces orzo pasta, cooked according to package
- 1 English cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, optional, chopped
Dressing
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
