Lobster Roll Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 Cups Chopped Cooked Lobster (7-8 4oz tails)
- 3 Tablespoons Melted Butter*
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Chives
- 1/2 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Dill
- Juice from 1/2 Lemon
- Salt/Pepper – to taste
- 4 Soft hotdog-style buns (I use Hawaiian hotdog buns)
Instructions
- Prepare lobster meat using the preferred method.
- Chop lobster meat into bite-sized chunks. Toss with melted butter*, chives, dill, salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Brush melted butter on the inside of the bread rolls and heat in the oven at 350ºF for 4-5 minutes to warm.
- Spoon warm lobster mixture into rolls. Sprinkle with extra chives. Serve warm.
